The approach
The framework evaluates AI through several lenses: purpose, user benefit, transparency, data responsibility, environmental cost, workforce transition, access, human oversight, and long-term resilience. It is designed to support decisions rather than simply state principles.

Convert the framework into an assessment scorecard, test it against real AI products, and develop a concise executive briefing and workshop.
